News Release For Immediate Release Lighttech Lamp Technology, Ltd. & Light Sources, Inc. Acquires Masonlite, Ltd. Lighttech Lamp Technology, Ltd. of Dunakeszi, Hungary and Light Sources, Inc. of Orange, Connecticut, USA are pleased to announce they have acquired the assets of Masonlite Ltd., of Chatham, England. The new company, Masonlite USA, will commence business operations from their corporate headquarters in Orange, CT, USA and the European Distribution Center in Dunakeszi, Hungary. Masonlite Ltd., previously acquired in 2001 by Innovative Technologies Group USA which includes Voltarc Technologies Inc. and Aristo Grid Lamp Products, was placed into administration and suspended operations in Oct 2006. The asset purchase was concluded in December 2006. Manufacturing operations have been relocated to the Lighttech manufacturing complex in Dunakeszi, Hungary, a suburb of Budapest. Masonlite was founded in 1948 by Mr. P.J. Mason in the UK. Their first products filled a niche market for short fluorescent lamps which were not manufactured by the major lamp manufacturers. The company subsequently broadened their product line of sign components with such outstanding products as the Masonlite brand of neon electrodes, coated sign tubing and other neon components, fabrication tools and lamp making equipment. Masonlite USA is proud to resume the Masonlite tradition with a full product line of cold cathode electrodes for the world markets including the patented QuickSilver mercury dosed electrodes. Interestingly enough, as the original Masonlite Ltd. began with specialty lamps, the new Masonlite USA will introduce a new line of extra long fluorescent lamps including F108, F117 and F120 and “U” lamps for outdoor signs and fixtures. The company will also offer a full line of specialty fluorescent lamps in diameters of 2.0mm to 38mm, in custom lengths, wattages and colors. Masonlite USA will officially launch operations at the International Sign Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 12-14, 2007 booth number 5277. Gino Ciancanelli
